Longest Drive Through EVER

On Sunday (17/11/2013) afternoon, my husband and I decided to make a quick stop for KFC. After waiting in line and not moving, we wanted to get out but there was a car behind us and then realised we were STUCK!
Firstly, there is NO slip lane for drive through customers to exit the drive through! THEN, we decide to wait in line (not like we had a choice), but to our surprise, no cars are moving! We waited in line for about 10 minutes, then we see someone walking past with a mobile device and we can see him taking peoples orders. Anyway, we will never go back to this KFC ever! It was without a doubt the longest wait in a drive through EVER... and to our surprise, no one at the windows apologised or offered any complimentary items for the long delay!
