Bad service and wrong orders

We are regulars at TSG. My bother in law came to visit and we went to TSG for dinner. Our Waitress was so lovely... Isabel, she was the only thing good about our evening there. My brother in law ordered a prawn pasta, which came but was so dry, it had been sitting under the heating lamps too long. I ordered a rump with the mushroom masala sauce... it never arrived, for some reason they had packed it into a take away. It took ages for the manager to come and explain what the problem was and even then all he said was "sorry about the confusion"... We were really disappointed with the food and the service for a restaurant that we frequent and have never had a problem with. So sad.
