The worst service EVER and terrible food!

Went for dinner at Spur Pinelands. I ordered a grapetiser and a steak with mushroom sauce and my sister a glass of wine and also a steak. when my sister ordered her wine, the waitress did not even know what my sister was talking about. when my steak arrived, half of my steak was fat that I had to cut off and the other half was so tough i could barely manage eating it. the waitress forgot my mushroom sauce, and after reminding her of it, she brought a mushroom sauce container that barely even contained any sauce - basically empty. Not just that, it arrived with my sister's side plate, 15minutes after reminding her of my sauce. My sister's wine arrived LONG after her food. When she asked for a side plate, it arrived 15 minutes later!
