Slice of life restaurant is a disgrace

My son and I sat for lunch at slice of life restaurant east rand mall on the 9th november.we ordered crumbed mushrooms for starters, the mushrooms tasted like shoe leather which we could not finish.i then ordered an open sandwich with salmon and my son ordered a chicken schnitzel. When the meal eventually came.the salmon tasted horrible and old and discoloured and was slimy.the chicken schnitzel was flat as ever and tasted like cardboard and was given to him wit tartar sauce which is not for chicken but for fish.so when I asked the waitress to get me a mushroom sauce she had to go downstairs and across to the kitchen and was sent back to get the tartar sauce bowl in order for them to give the mushroom sauce.we called the manager to complain.when he came he refused to hear that the meal was very bad and kept on talking about how theres nothing wrong with the meal and was being arrogant.when we went downstairs we found out that he made the waitress (precious) pay for the meal when it was not her fault.when we complained to the owner he told me that I dont know what I am talking about and if I want to complain then I must complain to president zuma! This restaurant is a disgrace!
