KFC
Shocked at the the way they treta their customers

I have been going to this particular KFC for over two years now. I have been more than satisfied with the food and the service - that is until a week ago. The KFC was closed down for two weeks due to refurbishing. After that the staff seems to have undergone a personality change. They are totally rude now. They don't greed you when you come in, they forget your order - also had to wait in line after drive through. I had to get out of my car to remind them of the order and still the meal was not ready. I asked for the manager but he was nowhere to be found. Mrs Wilna Myburgh a friend of mine also had the same experience - she also went to complain and the manager was also not available. I will vote with my feet and they will not see me again - I will also spread the word about this.
