The price you see is the price you pay

A lovely evening with my family at Grand West Casino. We had some dinner, tried our luck on the machines and ofcourse wanted something sweet to nibble on afterwards. My mom was extremely excited to see a tin of love hearts which I wanted to get for her, when we got to the till the cashier said and I quote " this was on special, the price has gone up, do you still want it". All three tins were priced R29.99 but now all of a sudden it was almost R80.00. Which I was not willing to pay because the prices should have been changed. Both cashiers had a bad attitude in trying to solve the matter (which was not solved) needless to say I left without purchasing the product and a sad mom because she really wanted it. Unfair, as you go to the till.. Excited only to find out the price has gone up. Not by R5.00 not by R10.00 but by almost R50.00.
