Clicks
Misleading/wrong prices

I regularly go to Clicks at Blu Valley Mall but I think this would be the last time. I am so fed up with the bad service there. The first 2 times the toiletpaper was displayed with a discounted prices. Both times when I came to the till the price was much higher than the advertised price. As far as I know that is not lawful according to the consumers protection act. You are not allowed to advertise something for a certain price and then charge much more when the customer gets to the till.! Both times I had to fight with them and both times they would quickly run to the price marker and take it off.

Then on Saturday 30Nov I wanted to buy the Phillips bikini trimmer. I saw the pink one was on special for R129.99 in big Red letters. So when I came to the till they charged me over R200 bucks, when I went and showed them the display they casually took it down, put the rest of the shavers on another shelf and said "it's not on special anymore"! Seriously??!!!

I am so sick and tired of the bad service and attitude at that clicks, you will NEVER see me there again, You are corrupt and you mislead your customers. I feel like going to the papers as well!
