NOT PERFROMING DUTIES

I had a very bad experience at KFC Zambezi Junction Montana. Actually, this is not the first time. The lady at the counter firstly do not listen to what I want to order, and want to ring up incorrect order. Then she asks me how many sugars, she again doesn't listen and give me the wrong amount of sachets. Then I had to wait for about 15 minutes for my food, as the staff are going home, and they are just not interested to finish up my order. The lady at the counter then had to go and prepare my order. She did apologise but that is no excuse for the people at the back to just leave what ever they are doing and just go home. The music is so loud, you can't hear yourself think. Is this a lack of Management interaction or just a lack of pride or skills?
