Honour your Commitments

On the 22 January I entered your Little Falls branch thinking that I would be in and out within 15 minutes, as your company's commitment which you have proudly displayed on your counter "tuck in, in 10 minutes or under "for counter orders." My order as per my receipt was logged in at 18:00pm, I decided to wait as I was sure that the order would not take long, boy was I wrong. I watched in amazement as orders placed after me where handed to other customers while there was no sign of my order. 20 minutes later I approached the counter sales assistant who had assisted me earlier was not ready as they had a big order. My overall experience with your staff and the lack of ownership should in handling a simple order has certainly changed my view of your company. That said I will no longer be visiting Debonairs.
