Unprofessional Manage

The manager wanted me to pay R2 to use the restroom because it is meant for customers who are eating at KFC. I have never had that problem at other KFCs nation wide and therefore all i want to know is were does R2 go. Furthermore i would like to know what classifies me as a customer since i always use this particular KFC and on the day i don't purchase KFC i am not considered one. Does that mean KFC customers are considered customers on days of purchase and not customers when they just need the restroom.
