Too busy wiping her nose on her shirt

On Sat 31/8/13 I went to the KFC francois road Glenwood. The service was incredibly slow while to queue got longer staff just stand around. The one female front staff member obviously had a cold and spent most of the time sneezing and wiping her nose on her shirt. This was sure to put people off eating KFC. At 6.30pm on a Sat one would think KFC would be better prepared for customers.
