Pathetic customer service

I called the store to place an order, as soon as the lady answered, she asked me to 'hold'. I was put on hold for 3minutes, I then decided to cut the call. I called back and during our conversation, she asked me to 'hold' again, I told her that I'm not prepared to hold on any longer, she then stated that she has customers to serve & I need to understand that she is working alone. I proceeded to let her know that I am also a customer & that she shouldn't be making her problem mine & I don't appreciate being treated in that manner. Today was officially the last time that I order from scooters.
