Scooters Pizza and their rudeness

Today at approximately 15:35 I phoned scooters to place an order, while I'm on the phone (from my cellphone) the lady who answered my call decides to see to a customer who is at the store, my airtime gets wasted while I'm waiting for her to serve another customer? I don't think it is fair for my airtime to be wasted as I am paying for my airtime which has been used. The way I see it is as if i paid while the other customer has been served. This is a very irritating situation and this just shows how much Scooter Pizza cares about phone orders... Really poor service
