Scooters Pizza
Eally? 90min and you got the order wrong??

At 12:18 today (02/07/2013) I placed an order at Scooters Durban North. 4 Individual pizza's - deep dish, 2 veg and 2 mexican fiesta, no onions. I gave the order twice and had the cashier read it back to me to ensure it was correct. She even gave me the total price.

At 13:05 I called to check on the progress of the delivery man. I was asked what my order was and after telling the cashier, was informed that the order was already on the way.

At 13:20 I called again, a little frustrated. After telling her what my order was again, she proceeded to tell me that the order sent out was not the order I just told her. 5min later a large vegetarian with no olives and a medium mexican fiesta with onions arrive.

I sent it back and demanded that the manager call me. At 14:00 the manager called - our conversation ended with me saying that I would not pay for the order she insisted on sending simply on principle - it was now almost 2 hours.

The pizza arrived 40 min later with a rude delivery boy asking that I pay for the pizza. I called the manager and she said that she expected me to. After an hour maybe... but 2.5 hours? you cant be serious Scooters!!
