Scooters Pizza is a joke

I ordered a combo meal of a medium pizza and a 500ml coke.

The woman that took my order spoke to fast i thought i had called compow chicken in Saigon and had to make sure i had the right place.

I got a sms notification saying that Frank had left with my order at 12:51, he only got to me at about 13:15, we have cctv so dare me to check times. I phoned again while i was still waiting for my order and mentioned to the lady my order is late, she had enough attitude to kill an elephant as she replied "what do u mean late"

I saw him drive in as my office window faces the gate and walked down to go collect my order.

The 1st thing he says to me is that he was waiting for me for a long time, no hello no how are you nothing.

I paid with R100 note, as i asked for change when i ordered. The driver looked at me with a straight face and says "so the change is mine" without an indication of making a joke, of which i was not laughing at all.

To top it off i send Scooters call center my complaint and havent even heard from them, 3 days later. What do they expect me to think of all their branches service quality if they cant even be bothered.
