Scooters Pizza
Shocking service and bad attitude

After previous bad service we made the mistake of ordering again from scooters at rock cottage. The previous time it took about 50mins to arrive. This time we placed our order and we were told the order would be about a 30mins - after 1hr and 10mins we called to find out what was going on and we were told "it's on it's way and it won't be free" - not that we asked anyway! - we then asked to speak to the manager and an Indian lady got on the phone to tell us " we need to stop making a big deal out of nothing! " And she slammed the phone down in our ear! As far as I am concerned it is truly disgusting how we as a customer are spoken to like! When the pizza finally arrived it has to be the worst pizza I've ever had - so what a disappointing and annoying experience and i will have nothing further to do with them or scooters in general and I will tell every ear willing to listen to follow suit
