THEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE!!!

We had a really bad experience and have complained about the poor service from this branch.
Today was no different as we received two tasty twin deals and a regular wedges way after the promised time and the food was ice cold on delivery by a very rude and unhappy delivery guy. after the last incident we decided not to buy from them. But today out of the blue we decided to give them another chance and were met with the same pathetic service. leave aside the cold food and delivery guys attitude, we never even got serviettes with our food and the peri peri burgers were extreamley bland with hardly any sauce or a decent piece of tomato. The sevrice at this branch big time and we have no hope of ever purchasing barcelos again from anywhere!
