COLD FOOD DELIVERY

We placed our order at 11:15, food arrives at 13:00... COLD... the driver advises that its not his fault, and he has nothing to do with the food. Because i had a huge order, i thought it would be better to do it through Mr D. Friendly staff doesnt help cold food. i was inconvenienced with standing infront of a microwave warming almost 15orders. Steers food is usually good, but cold burgers and chips are aweful, even re-heated... what a waste of money...
