Debonairs Pizza
Hour late pizza. Swearing Delivery boy

On the 11/09/2013 at 20.35 I ordered a pizza. At 21.20 I received a phone call that the drivers petrol had run out with no apology. At 21.35 the driver arrived and as soon as he got off the bike he started complaining about his bike and that it was broken (different story, petrol???). After having to wait for a minute while he complained about his bike he slowly made his way to giving me the pizza. I asked him about the black dot promise and he said he didnt know if it was still like that. I then went under the light and showed him that the dot was back. He said its always black!!! I then read what Debonairs promise is to customers which I found written underneath the black dot. I then said after him mumbling"'ya but", thank you and this pizza is free. As I walked away he asked me if there was something for the driver!!!??? I said no because with my bad impressions of him and the fact that I waited an hour and he changed his story. He then said "come on! " and "what the ". When he swore and started arguing with me and told me I could just put in the microwave I just walked away and realised that after the lack of customer service that I would never support Debonairs again!!
