Mild sauce used on Supa Peri Burger & no response

I recently purchased a groupon voucher for 2 burgers from Barcelos Musgrave, Durban. I ordered hot and my husband ordered Supa peri. Neither of the burgers where even close to being hot. In fact it was so mild that my 4year old son who has never eat hot food in his life was able to eat it. I contacted the company via the website and received a call from a rep apologizing and I explained the issue to him as well, he agreed that at least the Supa Peri was suppose to be drenched with hot sauce so much so that he himself cannot take the heat of the Supa peri he said to me that the manager of Barcelos Musgrave will contact me soon. To date it has been approximately 3weeks till I received the call from the rep but no response what so ever from the branch. Is it because i had a discounted voucher that I was treated in this manner or do they ignore all their customers in the same. If so i should let groupon know about the service they are marketing. It is unacceptable for this matter to be treated in such a manner. As the consumer has rights as well. And if this is the way the groupon voucher purchases are being handled, this will relate as false advertising.
