BAD BAD SERVICE

Good morning

I am very disgusted in the service that I have received from KFC in The Pavilion. The take 35min to get your order ready and this morning I ordered a fruit cup - which was half and there was 3 different fruit in it, which wasn't even fresh, to pay R24.95 for something like that is disgusting, the muesli cup is R14.95 and you get so much more out of it. The service and attitude at KFC in the pavilion is disgusting. I don't think your customers will do you any good. As a fast food place it should take minimal time to take orders and serve them, the staff should be fast and efficient. I work in retail and if I delivered such bad service and my customers I would be out of business by now. This is rather disturbing that we pay so much for fast food from KFC and we get half of the product. The crushers are always out of stock as well... I will never be going to KFC in The Pavilion, and I will tell people what service I have received.
