Painfully Slow Service

On Friday, 16th August I went to KFC in Pavilion and placed an order of 2 wraps and 8 hotwings. After waiting for 15 minutes for my order I spot a lady opening an new packet of wraps and only just begin to start preparing my order. I then enquired from the cashier whether this was my order which the lady was busy with and she did not answer. I waited a further 15 minutes AND THEN my patience ran out. I had to put up a complete performance before my very badly made wraps were served to me. I am always respectful of the people who work in the Fast Food sector as I am sure it is very tiring being on ones feet the entire day but this painfully slow service was unacceptable. The cashier and the "behind the scenes' lady were moving at less than a snails pace. Seriously this does not live up to the notion of Fast Food!!!
