Buy 300grams and get 200grams

Being a frequent diner at the Mimmos franchises in SA I have recently noticed the serving sizes becoming smaller, particularly at the Gateway branch. I have a good idea on approximate masses of food and my 300 gram steaks were looking a bit underweight. To confirm this I took my order on one specific evening as a takeaway. When I got home I measured it on my weigh-less calibrated scale and it weighed 250 grams! On my next visit on the 27-Aug-2013 I placed the same order, then spoke with the managers on duty regarding this issue. Selena was incapable of answering me but Brandon did acknowledge my complaint. He also pointed out that no-one ever complains and that their steaks are pre-packed by the supplier, Premier Meats. After a 22 minute conversation he assured me that he will personally make sure my order is correct.
This time when my order arrived I immediately took out my scale, placed it on the table and weighed it. IT WEIGHED 200 GRAMS, not 300 GRAMS! Unacceptable!
This is quite shocking to me and I have photographed and recorded all details. Mimmos has finally caught up with the trend of dishonest practices. The waitron did not even know the managers' names!
