DISGUSTING COLD FOOD

21 Dec 2013 07h51 was served a Tramezini Portobello. The filling was cold and the outside hard as a rock. Manager David apologized but I had no time to get another order. Paid in full and left the store, NEVER to return again. As I regularly frequent the Westwood branch of Ninos and get excellent service and good food, the service at Pavilion is sub standard by comparison.
