Piggly Wiggly
POOR SERVICE & NO PROFESIONALISM

Stopped off at Piggly Wiggly (29.12.2013) for a late lunch as we had heard lots of good reviews from friends & family & we were rather tired of the PMB/DBN cuisine. We were seated at table 2 in the resturant & ordered drinks. The resturant was really busy (festive period). Our cappucinos arrived... cold..we ordered mains which were 1 kiddies nuggets, kiddies pasta, delux burger (my hubby) & a pepper steak (my order). The kiddies pasta had a dollop of mince/meat sauce & a whole bowl full of tangietelle. I requested more mince. My kids & husband lapped up their meal while I WAITED & WAITED for my order. Our waitress, whilst passing our table with 2 meals in her hands rushingly advised that my order was on its way. I waited another 15 minutes... nothing..eventually my husband called for the manager who seemed less interested. I eventually told the waitress to cancel my order and get me the bill. The manager did not feel the need to offer any explanation or apology & seemed to believe the chef who said i was waiting for only 10 minutes. I will be sure to NOT RECOMMEND Piggly Wiggly.
