Spur Steak Ranches
Poor service!!!

Went to take kids out to Eagle Spear at Trade route Mall in Lenasia tonight. When we arrived we got menu but I had to call the supervisor to get me a waiter. All the waiters were telling us that they will find a waiter for table 19 :(
After ordering we had to call the Manager this time to please find out where is our order. Finally the 3 x waffles arrive with just spoons and only 1 waffle had a knife. After eating all 3 waffles we had to call the supervisor again and ask him to bring the milkshakes for the kids (all under 7 years, we ordered 6 milkshakes). When the milkshakes arrived Spur had no straws :( so we told supervisor to please bring us take away cups.
We than enquired as to where is our Double thick milkshake for my bru and they forgot to bring it so we told them please leave it cos kids are tired and they must cancel order and bring the bill. After 5 minutes I decided to walk to the cashier to get my bill with amazement I find they charged us for the milkshake we cancelled :(
I do understand that places get busy but the service was disgusting, oh wait, I am still waiting for my jug of water which we asked for when ordering!!!
