Promo on Castle lite 440ml to win the ice machine

Tonight my wife and I wanted to go and enjoy a meal at Pavarotti's. As we were taken to a vacant table, the waiter wasted no time by explaining the Castle Lite Promo. I opted to enjoy a Castle lite, as the promo indicated that you pay R17.90 for a 440ml beer, up scaled from a normal 330ml and stand a chance to win the ice machine. Well I received a normal 330ml beer. I then called a manager and he indicated that they did not have stock of the 440ml. After asking another manager he said they made a mistake and he will fetch me a 440ml beer as per promotion. Well I am still waiting for him to give me that beer. He wanted to remove my beer that I started drinking from and said to me that this one is on the house. I ordered another castle lite and once again a 330ml beer was provided. I find it is a rip to have these promos if you don't have the stock as per the promotion, don't have the promotions on any table. After receiving the bill, I paid for every item and no beer was on the as mentioned by the manager. We are entering the festive and holiday season and if they start like this, how will they end.
