Excessive overcharge

A friend and myself were charged R39.00 each for a toasted cheese & tomato sandwich, and although not on the menu the waiter said it wouldn't be a problem. When the bill arrived I queried the charge with the waiter and asked him question this with the manager. The waiter returned with the reply that 'the manager is busy and this was the correct price'.
