I was disgusted by Wimpy Westwood Mall last weekend. 4 of us went there and order breakfast. I order a toasted bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on white bread. after 3 attempts at making the toasted sandwich and them forgetting something every time (first one was a toasted bacon and egg, second was a toasted bacon and cheese), I finally gave up and asked to speak to the manager when we had issues with the streaky bacon breakfast also not arriving for 20 minutes when a burger has already arrived. When I explained our toasted sandwich problem to her only words to me was "oh Jes*s" . i then could no longer take the lack of empathy or lack of apology and told them i didn't want any more toasted sandwich after they couldn't get it correct. The streaky breakfast that had arrived also had the incorrect toast on it but i had given up. When it came to paying the bill, the manager still had the audacity to turn around to me and tell me she hadn't charged me for the 2 incorrect toasted sandwiches the kitchen had made. Surely when you are in the hospitality industry, as I am too, you learn to apologise and see what you can possibly do to correct a problem instead of not even apologising!
