Poor servce on a phone in orde

On Saturday the 31/08/2013 I phoned KFC Banbury and placed a large order of 130 streetwise 2 for my company, I said I would collect the food in an hour and they said it will be ready, when I came to collect the food an hour later they hadn't even started with the order yet, I had to wait a further 45min for them to give me the order, I am incredibly irritated as this has wasted my time! What is the point of phoning in and placing an order for it not to be ready on time!! This is not the first time I have received bad service from this KFC branch!!
