Why I won't go back to E-metals

1. Apparently the sales area where the client has to stand to place and order is a smoking area, I refuse to wait around in cigarette smoke while I place an order

2. The salemen say anything to get the client off the phone, they promise that the delivery will be by me very soon, I can phone 1 hour later, they will say the same thing, "the truck is leaving now & the order will be by you now" an hour later the same thing, this sometimes goes on for days

3. I've ordered from them a few times and every time I have asked them so nicely to have the order ready for me, I even sent through proof of payment. Every single time when I got there (which was hours after placing the order) to collect my order, it had not even been processed and I had to wait a long time sometimes up to half hour to get my order (as sth else was in the cutting machine)

3. The salesmen can be very rude and I'm not sure why, they have such attitudes that it doesn't help to say anything to them that you are not happy with because they will complain back at you and not in a nice way

4. They are very expensive compared to competition, this would be ok if it werent for points 1-3.
