Wrong order and cold

We ordered food for delivery. To start with it took 45mins to arrive. Then it was cold. And lastly it was not even our order. When we called to tell the, she could repeat the order so how it was so difficult to send us the correct food I do not know. And this is not the first time they have struggled to get it right. Last time we had to drive around to sort it out.
