Burger Perfect
Ice cold food and it wasn't cheap

I have placed delivery orders many times from Burger Perfect in the past. Last night I called my order in at around 20:55. I ordered 1 x ultra burger perfect combo which comes at a hefty price tag of R68.50. The food was delivered at 21:20 or thereabouts and after paying and TIPPING the driver, I found a half filled cardboard container of chips which were ice cold as well as an ice cold burger where the cheese had actually congealed it was so cold. This is a first and if this is the bad quality and service going forward will definitely be the last. Disgusting to pay that for a very inferior and inedible product. I realise it was late and I don't know the trading hours off hand but if it was going to be a problem they should have said "sorry we're closed - simple." NOT IMPRESSED and feel ripped off!
