I placed an order for 37 burgher meals, 35 of which chicken and 2 vegetatrian. When i got back to the office I realized that the 2 veg was not packed sep it was amongst all the chicken burghers. Neway as i went thru all the burghers i only found 1 veg. I called Nandos who insisted there were 2, whilst on the call one of the staff realised they bit into a veg burgher as it was not marked veg. WHen i told this to the manager he says to me that it is packaged differently. The manager then asks me why i didnt tell them to pack seperately. Common sense would be to pack the veg burghers seprately or maybe in one of the packets but right on top. Anyway i asked him to please deliver the 1 veg burgher. He has the audacity to tell me that they would charge me delivery fee and it would take at least an hour before it gets to me. He didnt even apologise for the inconvenience. It was a big order the least he could do was send me the 1 veg burgher and i would have paid for it. Totally disappointed at his attitude and wont be going back. We always place big orders for our co. with them however going forward we will take our bus. elsewhere.
