I am a regularly at our local KFC but of late their service has been nothing but pathetic.

One such instance was when I ordered a zinger meal, very berry and wings, this simple order seemed too much for them to take to task. This was at peek hour 6 o'clock and they only had one person on the till with 10 people in the line, everyone was more worried about the clock going with those in the drive though than serving the in house customers. Finally when I got served nearly 30 mins later Not only did they give me the wrong food but it was cold and my very berry half melted.

I reported this to the customer service centre, they sent me a mail saying a agent will contact me. A month later I e-mailed them again saying I haven't gotten a response from them. A lady replied saying there was a problem with my number and to resupply it for them to contact me. It is another 2 months later and still not a word.

I can now understand why the branches are so pathetic with there service because their own head office leaves one with the oppression that customers is not their number one priority and if one person complains they still have hundreds buying their product.
