Poor Service Ninos!

I visited Nino's North Beach one morning with my family for breakfast.

Firstly the waitress did not introduce herself and when asked what various meals were she admitted that she does not have knowledge of all the meals. The meal took extremely long to come (over 35 minutes) while others who came earlier had their food already brought to them.

When we enquired as to where our meal is, a different waiter brought our food and began to hand out various plates to each of us. We then asked which meal is which, and she did not know so how would she know which meal was to be served to which person?

Then we all ordered our eggs medium (well done white and runny yolks) Only one of the eggs had runny yolk and the rest had overcooked yolks.

My one sister ordered scrambled eggs but recieved an omeleyte.

The drinks ordered with the meal came at the end of our meal.

My one sister ordered a smoothie. They had no strawberries so she chose a mango yogurt smoothie. but it had no yoghurt and only ice. So we reordered tropical because thats was the only available

The lady manager apologized and stated that it was her first weekend so please bear with her. We were offered free cake.
