Dros Gateway
DROS-ARS-STRESS service!!!

My partner and I arrived at Dros Gateway, Umhlanga yesterday morning for breakfast. We were the only ones there (another 2 young men arrived a few minutes later and ordered beers from the bar) and waited 10 minutes.
Seeing that no one came to serve us, my partner went in and asked for a waitron. 5 - 7 minutes later, one arrived. She took our breakfast (with soft eggs) and drinks order.
We waited 45 minutes without drinks, or anyone coming to us to find out if we needed anything, after which only my breakfast finally arrived with my drink. The eggs were just blobs of runny jelly (very undercooked!). When about another 5 - 7 minutes later my partner's meal arrived with his drink, the eggs on his plate were the same. So we asked them to take both plates back.
When our meals were brought back to us more than 15 minutes later, we got 'army eggs'... flipped over and cooked completely through!
By this time we had had enough, and our parking meter had expired, so we just got up and left - totally starved!
Extremely disappointed! No explanation was given to us - just a feeble, insincere 'sorry'!!!
