Worst CTFM

CTFM have a fantastic breakfast buffet special. We visited the Suncoast branch for the first time. 2 of us ordered the full breakfast and 1 ordered the continental which includes muffins, croissants, cold meats etc. There were no muffins, and when we asked for them, we were told they were finished (an hour after opening). I requested an omelette, or poached eggs, i was told they only fry or scamble eggs. My sister ordered a meal off the menu with scrambled eggs, and was given scrambled eggs from the buffet which were cold as they had been made earlier. I asked for my croissant to be warmed up for a few seconds, it was brought back to me - HARD. The food was not up to the standard that we were used to seing at CTFM. I have been to the Gateway branch on numerous occasions, and they have been very accomodating with whatever we needed, constantly refilling the dishes with fresh food. Our waitress was helpful, and pleasant, but the experience otherwise was disappointing. The manager did not come around at all to see if we were happy, and there was only 2 other tables occupied. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and certainly will not go back
