Bad Service and Patheic Food

I take my kids out every Sunday after church to have breakfast to any Spur Branches in Durban, I was totally disappointed with the service I received on the 21/07/2013 at the Spur Branch at the Ridge in Shallcross. The waiter firstly brought the incorrect drinks. After that he then brought one of meals and said the rest is getting ready, My sister was with me, and it was her meal, we had to tell him, please bring all the meals together. He then brought all the meals, 4 Breakfast special's. The eggs and the beef were looked they were grilled on a grill that was dirty, as all were black underneath ..it didn't look appetising at all and the food was then cold as well. I frequently visit the Spur, as my kids enjoy the play area .and Now I really have to consider the next time we dine out. I complained to the Manger, and he said he would call me before 17h00 today... Yet again I didn't expect this service and quality from a SPUR ..
