Wasting my time and money!

Today at 12:45 I went to this Fishaways to get lunch. I order my food and the lady then wants me to hunt around for change as she doesn't have. Why does a cashier not have change? Then to come back 15min later to be told "we don't have your food you ordered. its finished."
Why then not tell me when I order???
I then find out the order I had given was not complete and was missing food.
So I had to then wait even longer!
To get home and open the food and give it straight to my dogs!
The food looks disgusting!!! The chips smelled old, the burgers looked edible but the wrap and fish cake looked horrendous!
the lemon given with the food was dry and shriveled up.
I now had to waste more money getting more food from another place.
I personally will be telling everyone about the disgusting service and food!
