Spur Steak Ranches
Food not presented well

I was at the above mentioned spur and which was normal for burger night stood in a long Q for an hour then we got a seat and food was brought to us within 15 very minutes which was very good. my chips was warm but burger cold, i then called the waiter and asked him to warm it which he did. When i got my burger back there was water in my plate and my rolls was soaking wet. I think after being hungry, coming from work and wanting to spend a nice evening with hubby and kids that was just very disappointing. I immediately didn't felt like eating at all. It never happened to me yet at spur and i do like to eat there i think they need to speak to the waiter and kitchen staff.
