As everyone know. Monday's is buy one burger get one free at Spur. Yesterday 18 Feb I went to Spur Elarduspark for that exact special. I ordered 1 x Cheddamelt Hunga Busta burger for R82.95 from my waiter called Dacious. I was alone, so the waiter confirmed that he will put my "free" burger in a doggy bag. The food was lovely, but when it was time to pay the bill my 1 x Hunga Busta Burger of R82.95 changed into the following...

BF Burger 2 x R52.93
Free Bf Burger 2 x R0.02
Gourmet Sauce 4 x R9.95

So what should have been a R82.95 meal quickly changed into a R145.70 meal.

I complained with the manager of the specific branch, but his solution to this problem was that is is between me and the waiter...

This incompetency gives Spur franchise a really bad name and I feel that action needs to be taken against the waiter and the manager for being so utterly incompetent.
