Debonairs Pizza
Really disappointed!

I called Debonairs Carlton at 12:47 today and only received my order at 2:10!
Firstly I called and placed an order with someone who was probably chewing and did not seem interested in what i was saying. Then i was rudely cut off anf had to call back to make sure that they got my order. Also I had to confirm my order and delivery address as they had it wrong initially.
Then I had a very long wait after which I called to enquire on my order and they said that the driver only left then. That was almost an hour later. Then I received a call to say that my order had arrived. I get downstairs only to find out that the delivery person went to the wrong building. Now I have to walk around building looking for the person, when i very clearly stated what my address was. I had to call them several tinmes to get it sorted out.
What a disappointment for Debonairs Carlton whose service is usually very good. 1 hour and 25 minutes just for a sub and a small pizza :( AND the dot was black!! I should have got my food for free!
