Spur Steak Ranches
Extremely bad service and BAD FOOD

On the 30th December 2013 i went to spur as i were on holiday at the time. We were a group of 11. We had to Q for more than an hour to get a table. the waiter took about 15min to clean the table and yet it wasn't cleaned properly. The service is extremely bad by spur because there is no communication. After waiting so long the waiter told us we going to wait long for our food due to the them being busy. We all order different type of burgers. The food did not come all at once. The plate's were warm.1 plate came without chips, he only received the chips when he was finish eating his burger (not sure since when you bring a incomplete plate of food to the table). Our chips and onions tasted and smelled like burnt. It don't look like its We complained, got a manager etc. who gave us a new batch, She said they changed the oil BUT yet we got the same burn effect. Nobody ate their chips or onions. the waiter offered veggies as take away, which i did not take. We walked out and behind the front counter was filthy, paper's/serviettes all over the place. THE STAFF/CHEF NEED TRAINING: The Flaming Arrow Spur in Humewood is a family restaurant that offers the best burgers, steaks and ribs.
