Iowa Spur Soneike - I am sorry for the owne

Last week Thursday I went to the spur at soneike for a burger. It was the first time in about 2 months that I have been back to Iowa spur, because I was disappointed by the quality of food the last time I was there, but I decided to give them another chance... I ordered a Burger, and it arrived at my table cold, and the chips were stodgy and not fresh. I asked to speak to the manager, (Damion I think) a very young guy came out of the back of the restaurant. I informed him of my chips, I actually wanted him to taste one but he didn't want to. He then asked if he could replace the chips, I said please. He then went to the kitchen and asked them to make fresh chips, he then left and went into the back again. I was hungry so I finished my burger and left the chips, and the waited for about 10min, I then stood up left a R50 and wrote my number on a piece of paper and told the waiter the manager can phone me if he wants an explanation. I feel sorry for the owner of the spur, because really, you are not making the money you should be making!! (ps, the sauce you put on your burgers taste like plastic)
