Mugg And Bean
Pathetic

Last week on my way to durban, passed by mugg & bean montrose and was travelling by public transport, it was cold and was wishing for a nice cup of cappuccino, i ordered, the ladies that were on duty were so slow that i had to tell them that my taxi was going to leave me if they dont hurry up. They were busy pointing fingers on who's suppose to do what. At last got i got it, i could not add sugar or taste at the time because everyone was now waiting for me and besides i expected the best, only to find that it was so weak, it was like i was drinking hot milk with sugar, i wasted my hard earned money because i couldn't drink it, it was horrible. I know how a cappuccino is suppose to taste like and that was not it at all. I am very disappointed with the service and the cappuccino i got. If people dont want to do what they are paid to, they must stay at home. We cannot pay money, beg to get proper service then get something that tastes horrible. It is just not on.
