Huletts Sugar
2.5kg sugar damaged

Hi. We order our sugar etc from a company called chipkins. On the one order they delivered a bale of sugar to us (10 x 2.5kg) which was still sealed. I opened the bale about 3 days ago to find that the one bag of 2.5kg sugar was torn and someone (i assume from Huletts) just used clear tape to seal the tear and put the damaged bag into the bale.
Surely this should not happen. Surely a bag that has been torn should not pass quality control?
