Poor Service at McDonalds Pinetown

My husband and I arrived at McDonalds Pinetown for a cup of coffee on 9th August around 11pm. We stood at the Mc Caf? as there was a lady working this counter. Upon our arrival she disappeared, so we rang the bell about three times. Bearing in mind that the main counter has attendants available who can clearly see us but appear to be oblivious of this. After a good few minutes the guy at the regular counter remarks 'They are closed'. I was infuriated to say the least and walked out!
