False advertising and very bad attitude

When I arrived at the McDonalds at the waterfront I stood at the "McCafe" counter where the lady immediately told me to order at the food counter where I waited a good 10 min to be served. When I got served I specifically told the gentleman behind the counter I would like a "hot caramel mocha" with marshmallow and was shortly thereafter told there was no marshmallows however the problem occurred when I approached the lady behind the McCafe counter again when I noticed she was preparing a icy beverage where I immediately said I had ordered a "hot" mocha so she sighed with irritated glance and proceeded to make my mocha which she responded with an attitude saying I had had to go pay the outstanding difference I am owing in which I had responded I would not do so because I had payed with card and would not swipe my card for only R4 again for their mistake in the first place. As I received the hot mocha I asked why there was no cream with syrup on top and she responded that was only for the frappe, and so I responded that the continuous video playing behind her had displayed both frappe and "Mocha Caramel" to have a cream and syrup served with. Yet she just shrugged it off.. Not happy
