TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO LISTEN

My husband went in to the Mcdonalds branch on koeberg rd, Milnerton at 6am 15/05/2013. He ordered junior chicken burger slice cheese and a choclate muffin. When the lady at the counter brought the burger, he asked her if she put on the cheese? she replied by saying no, and that my husband only asked for tomatoe...( he did not ask for the tomatoe) He then told he wanted the slice of cheese only on the burger. She turned around went to the back as if rectifying it. When my husband got home and opened the mcdonalds packet. Inside was a chocolate muffin, a sausage mcmuffin and a junior chicken burger with cheese and TOMATOE.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAD HAPPENED AT THIS MCDONALDS.
WE ARE NOW FED UP AND WON'T BE BUYING ANY MCDOANLDS EVER AGAIN... SO SPEND MONEY ON TRAINING YOUR STAFF, BECAUSE CLEARLY THEY DON'T HABE ANY LISTENING SKILLS.
